We are currently dealing with a very high order volume and delivery time may be longer than normal. We would like to over deliver, so to keep it safe we observe the following:

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Shipping takes approximately 6-10 business days, depending on your location.

Information on returns & refunds

Our return policy gives you 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, labeled and in its original packaging. Also keep the receipt or purchase receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@lorvaine.com. We have different return addresses by region and will determine the correct address based on your location. We will provide return instructions and details by email.

If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to return your package. Unauthorized returned items will not be accepted. Return costs are at your own expense, depending on the courier and the country from which you are returning your package.
